All products purchased from China Lady Wholesale come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer warranty. We provide full after-sales service to our customers, and can be reached by calling toll free for International and Canada at 1-514-409-2837 or toll free in the US at: 1-866-484-4696.

Shipping & Handling:

Fast Delivery Worldwide!

Shipping direct from China to major destinations (Europe, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) typically takes only 4 - 8 business days. Orders are processed and goods are sent out from our warehouse typically within 1 - 2 business days of your payment.

Some larger products such as our powersports products (ATVs, Go-Karts, etc) will have a longer shipping time, but will be noted in the item description. These items will ship from one of our three warehouses. If shipped from our China warehouse, shipping by sea, customs clearance and then ground shipping to your door will take approximately 40 business days in total (approx. 2 months). If shipping from either our US based or Canada based warehouse, shipping is usually within 7 - 10 days.

Shipping for most of our products is by courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, air mail, or by bulk freight. Shipping paperwork and customs clearance are taken care of by the courier companies, keeping the process nice and simple for importers.

We ship mainly from China...but wait, don't turn away! In fact, you are able to enjoy such low prices because we take advantage of the lower operating costs (warehousing, logistics, middlemen, etc) and we pass on the savings to you!

We can deliver the item(s) well within the time-frame indicated above. If you are not in a real hurry, then you are getting an absolutely good deal here. If you are in a hurry, then you still have the option of our Express Shipping. Let's be frank though, most things are made in China anyway and it makes perfect sense to ship directly from there. Why should you be paying more for the re-routes and expensive warehousing in North America?

Shipping from China is cheaper and faster than you think! Just add the products you want to the shopping cart, and you'll see the shipping rates. Combined shipping rates for multiple items are also calculated automatically in the cart for you. Shipping rates can be viewed in the cart prior to checkout. Once you've completed your payment, we'll ship the goods out to you ASAP. For large bulk orders, you can call or email us for a custom quote.

If you're interested in an item that is not set-up in the shopping cart, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and delivery destination.

Please note; Shipping costs calculated in the shopping cart are estimated, but are usually quite accurate. On occasion though, additional shipping costs may be required, and an invoice for the difference will need to be paid prior to filling the order. If you live in the United States or Canada, shipping estimates in the cart are about 99.5% accurate, which makes this less likely to happen.

However, if you should receive an invoice for additional shipping costs that you feel are too expensive and would like to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to you promptly...no questions asked. If you want to ensure that you get an accurate shipping quote in advance, you can request a shipping quote and invoice by email. The invoice can easily be cancelled upon your request.

Receiving Your Delivery

Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered. It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.

If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Canadian customers: For larger items (ATV/GoKart/Etc), the price listed on our website includes shipping to the nearest sea port and customs clearance. Ground shipping to your door and taxes are extra.

US & International customers: For larger items (ATV/GoKart/Etc), the price listed on our website includes shipping to the nearest sea port. If you want us to handle the customs clearance and ground shipping for you, please contact us to make arrangements in advance.

If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.

If you do find damage, write the details on the shipping slip before signing & then make sure you get a copy. Have the driver observe the damages and initial it also. Please also take pictures before unwrapping the skid. After opening the box, if damage is found please also take pictures of the damaged parts caused by shipping. Notify us of any shipping damage within 2 days of the delivery.

Returns & Refunds

All our products come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer warranty.

This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund. Some of our products carry longer term warranties of 2 or 3 years, and the warranty will be noted in the item description.

If you experience any problem with a product bought from China Lady Wholesale, please contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Return requests must be discussed with a China Lady Wholesale customer support representative in advance, and authorized to ensure the return is sent with the correct paperwork. All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories.

In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / or a refund under the warranty, the shipping cost to return the product to the China Lady Wholesale warehouse in China is payable by you, and cannot be compensated by China Lady Wholesale.

Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

Please note: All ATV and Go-Kart sales are final. KINROAD ATVs and Go-Karts come with a 2 year Manufacturer Warranty. Replacement parts covered under warranty are shipped FREE of charge by KINROAD (including the shipping & parts cost).

Replacement Parts: KINROAD replacement parts are readily available. You can either order your replacement parts directly from us, or you can buy them from many of the dealers located in Canada, US, Eastern Europe, Mid East/Africa, Central/South America, Asia, Western Europe, and Australia.

A PayPal or AlertPay invoice can also be requested if the item is not set-up in our shopping cart system. For larger purchases, we prefer to be paid by bank wire transfer through your bank. However, if you wish to pay for a larger purchase that is valued at more than $500 USD with your Credit Card or by PayPal, then a 3% surcharge will be levied in order to cover our fees. In this case, you'll need to request an invoice in advance.
