All the products purchased from China Lady Wholesale come with a minimum 12 month warranty. We provide full after-sales service to our customers. Customer service is provided through our head office in Manitoba, Canada. Shipping direct from China to major destinations (Europe, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) typically takes only 4-to-8 days. Goods are sent out from our warehouse stock typically within 1 day of your order payment. Some of the larger products such as the wind turbines, and powersports products (ATV, Boats, Jet Ski, etc) will have a longer shipping time, but will be noted in the item description.
Shipping for most of our products is by courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, by air mail, or by bulk freight. Shipping paperwork and customs clearance are taken care of by the courier companies, keeping the process nice and simple for importers. Larger or bulk items (Eg; a large wind turbine), are usually shipped to the nearest sea port. However, if you'd like us to have your order shipped direct to your door, we can arrange to have it forwarded by ground for you.
We ship from China...but wait, don't turn away! In fact, you are able to enjoy such low prices because we take advantage of the lower operating costs (in warehousing, logistics, middlemen) and we pass on the savings to you! And we can deliver the item(s) well within the time-frame indicated above. If you are not in a real hurry, then you are getting an absolutely good deal here. If you are in a hurry, then you still have the option of our Express Shipping. Let's be frank, most things are made in China anyway and it makes perfect sense to ship directly from there. Why should you be paying more for the re-routes and expensive warehousing in North America?
Shipping from China is cheaper and faster than you think! Just add the products you want to the shopping cart, and you'll see the shipping rates. Combined shipping rates for multiple items are also calculated automatically in the cart for you. Shipping rates can be viewed in the cart prior to checkout. Once you've completed your payment, we'll ship the goods out to you ASAP.
The goods are shipped from China direct to your doorstep in a matter of days. After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking number within 2 working days.

Please note; Shipping costs calculated in the shopping cart are estimated, but are usually quite accurate. On occasion though, additional shipping costs may be required, and an invoice for the difference will need to be paid prior to filling the order. If you live in the United States or Canada, shipping estimates in the cart are correct about 99.5 percent of the time, making this less likely to happen.
However, if you should receive an invoice for additional shipping costs that you feel are too expensive and would like to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to you promptly...no questions asked. If you want to ensure that you get an accurate shipping quote in advance, you can request a shipping quote and invoice by email. The invoice can easily be cancelled upon your request.
Receiving Your Delivery
Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered. It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.
If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. For larger items (ATV/GoKart/Etc), the price listed includes shipping to the nearest sea port. If you want us to handle the customs clearance for you, please contact us to make arrangements in advance. The average cost to clear customs for ATVs and Go-Karts is usually about 18% more on top of the selling price.
If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.

Returns & Refunds
All our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty.
This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund. Some of our products carry longer term warranties of 2 or 3 years, and the warranty will be noted in the item description.
If you experience any problem with a product bought from China Lady, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with China Lady Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories.
In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the China Lady warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by China Lady.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
